Cancellation:


1. If you wish to cancel any order, kindly write to us within 24 hours of placing the order on customercare@revel.ng with the web ref no or order no.

2. If the cancellation is recd before goods are despatched, there will be a full refund of your amount through the appropriate banking methods used in the transaction.

3. Once goods have been despatched, the order cannot be cancelled, however you are entitled to return the goods as per the return policy

Return Policy:



1. Easy, hassle free return policy - simply return unworn, unwashed merchandise with all the tags attached in the original box packaging within 1 week of delivery. In the interest of hygiene, however, we may refuse items where it is obvious it has been worn, washed or soiled. The decision lies solely with Revel.

2. Products sold as packs cannot be returned as individual items.

3. Gift cards are not returnable.

4. Due to the intimate nature and hygienic standards of certain items, we regret to inform it is not possible for us to accept returns or refund amounts on hosiery products and intimate items including but not limited to briefs, panties, thongs, shapewear, stick on bras, pasties and some of the accessories.

5. If, for any reason, goods sent to you were the wrong ones ordered or they were damaged in transit, you are entitled to a full refund of the product(s). The delivery charge will not be refunded. Alternatively, if the product is still required, a new one will be sent to you at no extra cost.

6. At no point will the cost of you delivering the product back to us be refunded.

Please bear in mind, the sole decision of refunds lies with REVEL. All refunds will be paid into your bank account used to complete the transaction.
